Division G3 & 4
This is the way I usually teach division to G3 students by distributing a number of cubes less than 20 to 4 or 5 students.
The number of all cubes is the
DIVIDEND
The number of students is the
DIVISOR
The number of cubes each student collect is the
QUOTIENT
The number of the remaining cubes is the
REMAINDER
